Terms of sale and use

These terms apply to the English digital products sold under the Field Guide Editions identity. The final version must be checked against the chosen payment provider, business location, and applicable consumer law before public launch.

Products

The products are educational digital publications, worksheets, templates, prompts, and spreadsheets. Product descriptions list the included formats and scope. No physical item is shipped unless a listing states otherwise.

Price, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The secure checkout provider may calculate payment method, currency conversion, sales tax, VAT, or other required charges. The order is complete only when the provider confirms payment.

Delivery

Purchased files are delivered through the payment provider or its authorized delivery system. Customers are responsible for supplying a valid email address, maintaining access to the receipt, and downloading files to a compatible device.

License

Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Customers may adapt templates for their own business and direct client work. They may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or offer the source files or substantially similar copies as a competing product. No professional advice

The products are educational and operational. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, security, or compliance advice. Proposal and scope templates are not legal contracts. Obtain appropriate professional advice for the relevant jurisdiction and circumstances.

No outcome guarantee

No client, revenue, reply, conversion, ranking, savings, or performance result is promised. Buyers remain responsible for market decisions, source verification, privacy, permissions, human review, suitability, and final use.

Acceptable use

The products may not be used for deceptive claims, fake testimonials, spam, unlawful discrimination, privacy violations, copyright infringement, unauthorized data processing, or other unlawful activity.

Availability and updates

Files may be corrected or updated. A purchase does not promise lifetime updates, future products, individual consulting, or a particular tool integration unless the checkout explicitly states it.

Problems and refunds

Delivery problems should be reported through the support method on the receipt. Refund handling follows the displayed refund policy, payment-provider rules, and mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the products are provided without a guarantee that they are suitable for every business or jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit the seller to exclude.
