Digital delivery and refund policy

This policy must be aligned with the final payment provider and applicable consumer law before public launch. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Digital delivery

After confirmed payment, the checkout provider supplies a receipt and access to the purchased files. Customers should download and back up the files promptly. Access may require the same email address used at checkout.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect files

If a paid file is unavailable, corrupted, materially different from the product description, or the wrong product was delivered, report the issue through the support method on the receipt. Include the order identifier and affected filename, but never include complete card details or passwords. The first remedy may be corrected access or a replacement file; a refund may be provided when the problem cannot be corrected.

Duplicate purchase

Report an accidental duplicate purchase promptly with both order identifiers. Confirmed duplicate charges should be reviewed for refund through the payment provider.

Change of mind

Digital-content cancellation and refund rights vary by country, whether delivery began with consent, and the checkout terms shown before purchase. The final checkout must display the applicable terms clearly. Nothing here removes a statutory cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Outcome dissatisfaction

A refund is not automatically created by the absence of clients, revenue, replies, or another business result because no such result is promised. A claim that the files are defective or misdescribed will still be reviewed on its facts and under applicable rights.

Chargebacks

Customers should use the stated support and refund process first, so access problems can be investigated. This does not limit any right to dispute an unauthorized transaction.
