Digital product license
License grant
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the included files for the purchaser’s own business and for client work performed directly by the purchaser.
Permitted use
- Edit templates for internal projects and direct client deliverables.
- Export completed templates to client-facing formats.
- Create backups for the purchaser’s own use.
Not permitted
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, publish, or give away the source files.
- Offer the files, substantially similar copies, or extracted sections as a competing template, prompt, ebook, course, membership, or download product.
- Remove attribution and present an unmodified source product as the purchaser’s original template system.
- Use the material for deceptive claims, fake testimonials, spam, unlawful discrimination, privacy violations, or unauthorized data processing.
Client use
A purchaser may provide a completed, customized deliverable to a direct client. The client does not receive the right to redistribute or resell the underlying template unless a separate written license is granted.
