This notice explains how the Field Guide Editions sales pages handle information on fieldguideeditions.digital.

Information collected by this website

The current static website does not contain an account form, payment form, newsletter form, advertising pixel, or third-party analytics service. The interactive fit check and optional product selection run in the browser and are not designed to transmit personal information.

Hosting data

Vercel hosts the public website and may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, time, and security events under its own privacy and retention terms.

Payment and delivery

When checkout is enabled, the secure payment provider processes payment details, billing information, tax location, order information, fraud checks, receipts, and digital delivery under its own privacy notice and terms. Payment card information is not collected or stored by this static website.

Support

Support instructions are provided with each purchase and order confirmation. A support request may contain an email address, order identifier, and information needed to solve an access problem. Customers should never send passwords, complete card numbers, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive information. Cookies and analytics

No optional analytics or advertising cookies are intentionally loaded in the current build. If analytics, retargeting, or advertising tools are added, the site must implement appropriate notice and consent controls before those tools run where required.

Data minimization and retention

Only information needed to operate the store, deliver products, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and answer support requests should be processed. The payment provider, hosting provider, and support-email provider apply their respective retention policies to information they process.
