Privacy notice
This notice explains how the Field Guide Editions sales pages handle information. It should be reviewed again when the final domain, hosting provider, analytics tools, payment provider, support address, and business details are connected.
Information collected by this website
The current static website does not contain an account form, payment form, newsletter form, advertising pixel, or third-party analytics service. The interactive fit check and optional product selection run in the browser and are not designed to transmit personal information.
Hosting data
The future hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, time, and security events. Its privacy and retention terms will apply. The provider must be identified in this notice before public launch.
Payment and delivery
When checkout is connected, the payment provider will process payment details, billing information, tax location, order information, fraud checks, receipts, and digital delivery according to its own privacy notice. Payment card information must never be collected or stored by this static website.
Support
Support requests may contain an email address, order identifier, and information needed to solve an access problem. Customers should never send passwords, complete card numbers, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Cookies and analytics
No optional analytics or advertising cookies are intentionally loaded in the current build. If analytics, retargeting, or advertising tools are added, the site must implement appropriate notice and consent controls before those tools run where required.
Data minimization and retention
Only information needed to operate the store, deliver products, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and answer support requests should be processed. Retention periods must be documented after the payment, hosting, and support providers are selected.
Rights and questions
Applicable privacy rights depend on location and circumstances. The final public version must provide a working privacy contact method and the legally required business identification before launch.
